The Ethereals are busy creatures. In order to review all the things they need to review, it takes time. They require compensation for their time in the form of PG, BP, or USD. Which form of payment is required will be posted by SPO when the time is right. BP is valued at 20k each and USD at $1 for every 20k. Customs with pets are different prices.
